- Friendlier retry behavior: if AppAudit cannot complete an update check safely, it now surfaces a clearer retry message instead of leaving you with a more confusing result.
- Behind-the-scenes reliability work: this release includes update-system cleanup and compatibility improvements that help AppAudit feel more stable and predictable across builds.
- Still local-first and user-initiated: AppAudit continues to check for updates only when you ask, with no background polling or automatic downloads.
